Private events run from 12 guests up to 100. If your group is smaller than 12, our public tours are a great fit.

A private event isn't the same as buying public tour tickets. Because everything is custom, your date, your route, the pace, and a guide dedicated to your group alone, private events are quoted per event rather than at the public per-ticket rate. Tell us your group size, your date, and what you have in mind, and we'll put together a quote built around your plans. Email service@chicagopizzatours.com to get started.

The earlier the better, especially for weekends and the busy season. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind and we'll check availability.

Our private tours run during the day, so we don't offer evening events. Weekends fill up fast, and our walking tours are the best fit then. They're the most flexible and the easiest to schedule. A bus version takes more lead time and added transportation cost with limited weekend availability, so reach out early and we'll find the best option for your date and group.

In most cases, yes. Let us know about allergies or vegetarian and vegan guests ahead of time and we'll do our best to work it out with the pizzerias on your route.

Pizza tastings at a handful of Chicago pizzerias, your own guide, and the stories behind each spot. Transportation, drinks, and custom routes can be arranged on request.
